Returns policy House of Georgette

At House of Georgette, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept unwanted items.

Returns policy for in-store purchases

For items purchased in our physical store, we offer the option to exchange or obtain store credit for unused goods, provided they are returned within 30 days along with proof of purchase. If local to our House of Georgette store, you can return items purchased online in-store. For discounted items, there is an exchange period of 7 days, and no credit will be issued. Gift-cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

If you have received a faulty product or have received the wrong item, please contact us before returning the item.

All returned items must be unused, with the original labels and in the original packaging. Make sure you have your online invoice, order number, receipt or gift card to process the return.

Online return policy

You can return items by post or in our shop within 30 days of purchase for full-price items and within 14 days for discounted items. Our Curiosity items cannot be returned.

We kindly ask you to contact us in advance before returning your items, otherwise we may not be able to accept your return shipment. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items. We recommend using a carrier that can provide proof of shipment, as the package remains your responsibility until it is received by us.

Exchange policy

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items by post. Please reorder the desired items and follow the return procedure described above to send your items back for a refund.

International returns

European Union: Customers are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 working days from receipt of the products. You must inform us within this period that you wish to cancel the agreement. You then have 14 days to return the products.

Outside the EU (including the UK): Returns may be subject to import duties and taxes. To ensure a smooth return process and to prevent delays caused by parcels being held in customs, we kindly request that you contact us before sending back your items so we can support you in the returns process.

Pack the item carefully and include the original proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, provided that the return shipment is received within the specified period (30 days for full-price items, 14 days for discounted items). Kindly note that refunds usually take 3-5 working days, but in exceptional cases it can take up to 21 days.

Refusing Delivery

If you refuse the delivery of your order, the courier will contact House of Georgette for approval to return the parcel at our expense. If approved by House of Georgette, the parcel will be returned to us. Refunds will only be processed after the returned items have reached our warehouse.

Refunds will only be reviewed and processed once the returned items have been received. As per our policy, no refunds will be issued until the items arrived. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
